When will my flowers arrive?
You choose your preferred delivery day when you subscribe. We deliver Monday through Saturday across London, in your chosen 2-hour window.
Can I change my flowers each week?
We curate your bouquet based on the season and what's freshest from Holland. You can note colour preferences or dislikes in your account, and we'll always work around them.
What if no one is home?
We'll follow any instructions you leave. If we can't deliver safely, we'll rearrange at no extra charge.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes — purchase any plan as a gift subscription. Choose a duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), enter the recipient's details, and we'll send a gift card for them to activate.
How do I cancel?
Login to your account and cancel anytime. No fees, no retention calls, no awkwardness. Active until end of the current billing period.
Do you deliver outside London?
Currently we deliver across all London postcodes. Expanding to Home Counties in Q4 2026 — join the waitlist if you're outside London.
